Privacy policy

Effective November 1, 2026. Command Center is operated by Dante Martinez for his own channels and authorized collaborators. Contact: djduane@gmail.com.

Information and purpose

The workspace stores uploaded media, drafts, captions, schedules, approvals, team messages and operational records. When an account is connected, depending on the permissions granted and features used, it also accesses account identifiers and profile information, published-content identifiers and metadata, comments, upload status and performance statistics. It uses these to identify the selected account, carry out authorized publishing actions, manage content and display results.

Command Center uses YouTube API Services. YouTube permissions support uploads, video and playlist management, account information and analytics. See the Google Privacy Policy. Other connections interact with Meta's Facebook and Instagram services and TikTok.

Storage, cookies and services

Workspace data is stored on the owner's computer. Scheduled backups copy database and media files to the owner's Google Drive storage. Platform credentials are encrypted by the app; protection of other workspace files and backups also depends on the owner's computer and storage-account security. A session cookie keeps the owner signed in. Cloudflare handles the public HTTPS connection and associated network requests.

Content and authorized API requests are sent to the relevant social platform. Authorized collaborators can access workspace information permitted by their role. When the owner uses connected AI assistants, the information returned to those assistants is also processed by their providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic and the provider of the owner's Muse connection. Those providers' account settings and policies apply. The app does not provide advertising or sell workspace information. Platform passwords are entered on the platforms' own sign-in pages.

Control, retention and deletion

The owner controls connections, permissions and stored workspace content. Data remains until removed by the owner or the app's applicable housekeeping; deleting a connection alone does not necessarily remove saved posts, statistics or backups. Backup database snapshots rotate, with 14 snapshots retained by the current configuration. Media backup copies can remain until separately removed. Do not assume a workspace deletion instantly removes every backup copy.

You can revoke Google access through Google's third-party connections settings, and revoke Meta or TikTok access through those services' settings. Revocation stops future authorized access; it does not itself delete existing workspace copies or published social posts. Use the deletion instructions to request removal, including backup copies. Privacy questions and requests go to the contact above.

The operator will update this notice when data practices change and obtain any additional consent required for a new use.
