Terms of use

Effective November 1, 2026. Command Center is Dante Martinez's private production workspace. Access is limited to the owner and people or assistants he authorizes. Using its integrations means accepting these terms and the privacy policy.

Authorized use

Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You remain responsible for your content, copyright and other necessary rights, disclosures, account selections and publishing decisions. Delegating actions to an assistant does not transfer ownership of your content or responsibility for your account.

Use the workspace and integrations in accordance with each platform's terms and rules. By using Command Center's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Meta and TikTok terms also apply when their integrations are used. Do not use the workspace to bypass platform restrictions, misrepresent permissions or publish unlawful content.

Publishing and availability

Check media, captions, destinations, visibility and timing before authorizing publication. AI suggestions can contain errors. Some workflows require manual completion on the platform. API access, quotas, reviews and service changes can limit features. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or that a post will publish at an exact time.

This private workspace offers no public registration or paid service. The operator may change or stop the workspace. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited. Questions: djduane@gmail.com.
